Our Founder
Archana, with a commendable 27-year tenure as a steadfast leader steering renowned organizations such as Lufthansa and Hyatt in India, embarked on a transformative journey from the corporate world to building her vibrant and fulfilling midlife chapter known as her SecondAct - a mutli-disciplinary company supporting people to discover their deepest potentials through Podcasts, wellness retreats, and workshops.
Through Pedal On, as the social arm of SecondAct, Archana has dedicated herself to empowering women through working on-ground in social entrepreneurship space, building a hub of opportunities which equalize access to opportunities and wellbeing for the underprivileged, instilling a new sense of pride and dignity among them.
